With over a decade of nursing experience and 15 years in the healthcare field, Autumn is dedicated to fulfilling the healthcare needs of our rural community. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN IV), she has specialized in geriatric care for 15 years, providing compassionate support in nursing homes, home care, and home healthcare settings.
Throughout her career, Autumn has developed a strong expertise in wound care, with 10 years of hands-on experience. She has traveled across Kansas as a traveling nurse, caring for families and rehabilitating loved ones back to health in skilled nursing units. Additionally, she has worked in medically fragile homes, ensuring that vulnerable patients receive the highest quality of care.
Hopper Home Health has been a long-held dream for Autumn, and she is thrilled to bring this vision to life. With a commitment to serving the community and a passion for helping neighbors with their healthcare needs, Autumn is excited to share her love for healthcare and her love for her community with you.

Alternate Administrator Director of Nursing
We are thrilled to introduce Kirstie Cates, BSN, RN, CPC, CRC as our Clinical Manager and Alternate Administrator!
Kirstie is an exceptional Registered Nurse who brings 12 years of diverse experience to Hopper Home Health. With a rich background in MedSurg, Wound Care, General Surgery Clinic, and Home Health. Kirstie is a true leader in delivering compassionate, high-quality care. As a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) and Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC), she is dedicated to ensuring care exceeds quality standards through meticulous tracking, reporting, and quality improvement.
Kirstie’s passion lies in being a steadfast advocate for her patients. She understands how overwhelming the healthcare system can be and is committed to guiding patients and their families through insurance complexities and connecting them with vital resources.
A proud alumna of Southwestern College, Kirstie has called Winfield home since 2008. Her husband, Jarrett, and their 2 sons are a vibrant part of our local community. When she’s not caring for patients, you can find her cheering for the Oklahoma State Cowboys, watching her boys play sports, doing arts and crafts, or enjoying the outdoors with her family.

Jessica Sloan is a dedicated Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner with over 19 years of nursing experience and a Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practice.
Her broad clinical background spans emergency medicine, home health, hospice care, and wound management.
Now serving as an Administrator with Hopper Home Health, Jessica blends her extensive hands-on expertise with compassionate leadership to deliver high-quality, patient-focused care.
She is deeply committed to supporting individuals and families through every stage of health and healing. When she’s not working, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the outdoors.
